How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Outfitproper Tree Service to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Outfitproper Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Please know that Outfitproper Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@outfitproper.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
